We caught up with KENNY BURGESS – Senior Associate, Client Advisory – to reveal how Allure delivers projects across EMEA A llure was founded in France in 2011 and has been headquartered in Paris for the last decade. Having delivered many successful projects for national brands, in recent years the company has focused on international clients and Fortune 500 companies that have Allure follows its clients and has geographically and strategically supported them in 10 countries across the region. But how does it do this so successfully? Kenny Burgess, Allures Senior Associate, Client Advisory, explained. What is Allures approach to working with a new client? We have a Knowledge Hub – a database of key client information that we have captured, including important facts about the brand, its clients time because they need not re-explain their brand and communication protocols for each new project. It also enables us to take a centralised approach to account management and project governance. In addition to client information, the Knowledge Hub hosts data
and lessons learned during projects.
How is Allure structured to deliver projects across EMEA? An EMEA project director is dedicated to each account and will oversee all projects for the client alongside a local project delivery team in the country. Our local teams are comprised
