“Pennsylvania is open for business, and we’re going to be a leader in innovation, economic development, and job creation,” said Shapiro. “I’m thrilled that EAM-Mosca chose the Commonwealth over other states for this expansion. EAM-Mosca announced the ground breaking and kick-off to a $9 million renovation of their building in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania, part of a total $20.6 million strategic invest- ment plan and growth strategy that will add 50 jobs.
