Rusken in 2012 as a customer service representative in Jackson, Tennessee. Since her elevation to Site Manager in 2022, her efforts to develop a solid, focused team has helped to build the Knoxville business. As a corrugated professional with 32 years of expe- rience, 11 with Rusken, Brackett is hopeful her ambition and drive will help to continue bringing the Knoxville fa- cility to the next level. With a background in customer service, Brackett is passionate about providing a positive customer experi- ence. "I plan to continue building a great team. We are already experiencing growth here in east Tennessee. It's just the start of great things," she said.
