DRIVER FLEES Matthew Steele, 46, of Casselman, is charged with trying to flee police, resisting police, and dangerous driving following an incident, November 4, in North Dundas Township. Police located the vehicle, described in a complaint, on Main Street in Winchester. Police noted the driver ignored demands to stop and kept on going, until the vehicle went out of control and off the road on County Road 31. Steele is scheduled for provincial court, December 3, in Morrisburg.– Gregg Chamberlain

La municipalité de Casselman ne veut pas que deux incidents qui s’étaient pro- duits en 2017 et en février dernier, avec l’abandon d’une cabane sur la glace et l’incendie d’une autre, ne deviennent une habitude pour les friands de la pêche sur glace.
