Replacement battery cable sets from Mopar have always been very expensive and we’ve received many requests for a better option. A customer suggested we call Vince at Custom Battery Cables and happily, we now offer his high quality, American-made, replacement battery cables. Vince’s company is a small business making a specialty product. As such, his custom-built cable sets can take days before they can be shipped. To eliminate the hassle of one at a time, Vince builds us a quantity of cable sets. We stock them, he doesn’t have to answer the phone. Vince has been making cables for heavy equipment and trucks for over 20 years and his quality is unsurpassed. These Ram replacement cable kits are built from 2/0 (“two-aught”) cable for the starter and engine block grounds. After he crimps the heavy-duty copper terminals with a 12-ton hydraulic crimper, he seals the connection with adhesive lined heat shrink which helps prevent battery acid and acid fumes from corroding the cables. Cables are shipped with split loom, nuts and bolts with anti-corrosion plating and connectors and heat shrink to complete the splice. Battery terminals and covers are also included. HEAVY-DUTY HEADLIGHT HARNESS KITS & SPORT CONVERSION The Heavy Duty Headlight Wiring Harnesses increase voltage over stock wiring making your headlights brighter and whiter. The harness draws power directly from the battery to the headlights bypassing the headlight switch and eliminating voltage drops and improving headlight system reliability. All harnesses cover both low & high beam. This harness installs without any wiring cutting or splicing. This kit is built with two wiring harnesses one for each side of the vehicle and includes a total of four (4) 30 /40 AMP relays. Connect your vehicle’s headlight bulbs to FULL BATTERY VOLTAGE for MAXIMUM BRIGHTNESS! This harness prevents costly damage such as melted headlight sockets and burnt wiring.
