Fuel Pressure Test Adapter with Schrader Valve and Adjustable Snubber (‘89-‘07, 5.9L) This kit works with the VULCAN Universal Fit Fuel Pressure Line (VULCAN-FH). Fuel Pressure Test with Schrader Valve Adapter (‘89-‘07, 5.9L) The Fuel Pressure Test Adapter allows for a quick and easy fuel pressure check on all Ram trucks with the Cummins Turbo Diesel engine. Testing the fuel pressure is a must when diagnosing fuel delivery problems. Kit includes: banjo fitting, gaskets, and Schraedar valve with cap. GATES Barricade ® Fuel Line Heavy Duty replacement fuel hose. Will work with Diesel, Bio-Diesel, gas and other fuel types. We also offer 5/16” diameter fuel hose to repair/replace the problematic fuel return hose used on ‘94-‘98, 12-valve engines. Auto Meter Fuel Pressure Line If you are installing an AutoMeter electric fuel pressure gauge in your Ram Cummins truck, you MUST install this braided stain- less steel line kit and #3279 fuel pressure snubber (sold separately) to prevent pre- mature failure of the sending unit. Failure to do so will void the gauge warranty.
CUMMINS Banjo Snubber 12MM x 1.5 thread (‘89-‘07, 5.9L) Dampens the pressure spikes of the Cummins lift pump. The snubber installs at the filter housing and takes the place of a 12mm banjo bolt and makes fuel pressure gauge installation easy. (Gaskets included.)

Individual Tapped (M12) Banjo Fittings (‘89-‘93 & ‘98.5-‘07, 5.9L) These Banjo Fittings feature a large diameter (.187” vs. .130”) fuel port. The fittings are SAE (3/4” hex) vs. the stock 17mm hex design. Fitting on the top is the standard fitting, while the fitting on bottom has a built-up hex drilled to accept a 1/8 NPT male threaded fuel pressure sensor. (Requires 2 replacement gaskets. Gaskets on page 77.)

1/8 NPT RLT Snubber It is highly recommend that you use this snubber on trucks with the VP-44 injection pump to dampen the fuel pulsations (hydraulic hammering) created by the injection pump. Fuel Pressure Tee Inline fuel pressure tee available in either 1/2”, 3/8” or 5/16” diameter barbed fittings with 1/8 NPT threaded fitting. Works well with aftermarket FASS fuel systems.

Vulcan Performance Jacobs Brake Fuel Line Adapter This 1/2” 12MM adapter is designed for use with trucks equipped with a Jacobs Brake. When fitting a fuel line to the injection pump there is a clearance issue. Allows for pump clearance without using a restrictive banjo fitting.
