This year has been monumental in our efforts to attract top-tier medical talent, and I am proud to report that our team has successfully recruited more providers than ever before; leading the way across the system in physician recruitment. Central to our success has been a strong emphasis on teamwork. By fostering a collaborative environment and engaging physicians in new and meaningful ways, we have built a recruitment process that not only attracts but also retains high-quality healthcare professionals. Our hospital has made significant investments in recruitment, enabling us to be creative and flexible in our approach, adopting new methods to appeal to a diverse range of providers. I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone involved in our recruitment efforts. Your hard work, dedication, and innovative spirit have made this record-breaking year possible. Together, we will continue to build a stronger, more vibrant medical community, providing quality healthcare, close to home. Physician engagement has been a key focus to ensure retention. We have recognized physicians for their years of service, hosted networking dinners, and celebrated their contributions during a special Doctors' Day celebration dinner. These initiatives have strengthened the sense of community and belonging among our medical staff. Additionally, we have promoted their practices within the community, enhancing their visibility and reputation. These efforts have not only boosted morale but also reinforced our commitment to their professional growth and satisfaction.
