This need is now m et by a new edition of th e Talmud, modeled afte r th e famous Vilna Shas of Romm Bros, and Widow, w ith over a hundred commentaries, "th e most notable edition of th e Tal mud in the world.” It is being printed in Montreal. The Mizrachi Organization of Amer ica, th e orthodox wing, announces its separation from the Zionist Organiza tion of America. The la tte r h as main tained a firm n eu tra lity in religious m atters, “y ith a distinct tendency tow ards separation of church and sta te .” .This is too much for the dyed- in-the-wool fanatical Jews, who desire to see the new commonwealth in Pales tine brought under the ru le of Talmudi- cal Judaism .
