James Short CB OBE
James is the group leader of EVO Sierra. He is a specialist in strategic planning, leadership development, and change management. He is a re]red Army Major General with 34 years of execu]ve experience in opera]onal appointments for both the Bri]sh Army and NATO. He was a strategic analyst in the Cabinet Office; a Procurement Project Manager in the MOD; a strategic security adviser in the Balkans and a specialist security adviser to the Police. He planned and delivered NATO’s first joint opera]onal training establishment. James has served as Chairman for the Jesse May Trust in the past and has recently returned from sailing around the globe and currently works as an associate with the High Growth Knowledge Company.

Graham is a business leader with UK and Interna]onal experience across Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Hospitality and Charity sectors. He was previously he MD of Clarks UK & Europe and has over 25 years of senior level experience covering Mul]ples, Department Stores, Online in both the mass and premium sectors.

Parking is easy: The Sovereign Centre is opening especially for this mee]ng from 6.30am .
You’ll also be given 2 x 1-1 Mee4ng Cards . One is marked ‘ Mee$ng 1 ’ and the other, ‘ Mee$ng 2 ’. Please be sure to swap these Cards with 2 people in ]me for your 1-1 mee]ngs at 9.10am. You also will be asked to place your mobile on silent and invited to network un]l we start - when you’ll be seated ready for a formal welcome.
