ENERGY
AST’s principal impact is the improved sustainability and resiliency of energy systems. We have integrated our three capability areas supporting of commercial clients, DOE, and DoD energy programs. AST contributes to the modernization of our electrical grid infrastructure with our applied science & technology expertise in emerging areas such as wind, solar, electric vehicles, and blockchain by framing novel applications of machine learning and AI, and by stewarding initiatives with our finance and certified program management expertise. We leverage our energy competency for to benefit our DoD and commercial clients. Specifically, our work strengthens mission readiness by improving the energy resiliency posture of DoD installations. AST has applied data science to enable DoD clients to leverage the full value of energy data and advanced energy technology. Additionally, we have assisted in the developing and executing DoD microgrid and energy infrastructure projects by applying our finance and program management skills. ENVIRONMENT

For DOE our mission assurance capability assured proper development of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act. Our data systems and data science skills are positioned to develop the improvements in environmental regulatory compliance, safety performance, and operational efficiency required to minimize the environmental footprint from commercial upstream and midstream oil and gas operations.
NATIONAL SECURITY
