More Loading Forged Aluminium wheels are about 50% lighter than traditional steel wheels, which can reduce up to 400 kg per trailer. More Fuel Saving or more Electric Saving Wheels are used under the suspension (unsprung mass) where 1kg saving is equal to 8-10kg weight reduction on the trailer body. Lighter wheels lower the rotational inertia so as to reduce the energy demand for breaking. The nature of high and lasting roundness of forged wheels decrease the rolling resistances significantly. According to the test result, about 6%-8% fuel can be

saved eventually. More Tire Saving

Forged wheels are processed in one piece without welding. The CNC machining make the roundness less than 0,1mm and dynamic unbalance value below 50 grams. In that case, problems of the tyre wear or vehicle jitter can be improved. The thermal diffusivity of aluminium wheels is 3 times of steel wheels, which can lower the temperature of tires and linings so as to prolongthe tire life by 26%.

Longer Lifetime Lifetime of forged aluminium wheels is about 5-10 times of standard steel wheels, which saves the maintenance cost and time to receive higher benefits High Load Capacity The anti-deforming capability of forged wheels is 5 times of standard steel wheels, which allows higher loading and more safety Higher Impact Resistance The Japanese VIA test result shows forged aluminium wheels passed the test just with minor damage The test is simulating a trailer runs over a curb at the speed of 50km/h (Equal to 910 kg of load fall from a high to bump the tire Less Accidents Better Thermal diffusivity can reduce the tyre temperature effectively so the safety related risk like flat tires and tire spontaneous combustion There is no spark when forged aluminium wheels rub with the grounds so as to avoid secondary risk in accident Higher Recycle Value The scrapped wheels can be recycled at the calculation as per 93% of the current value of the A00 price and can be 100% recyclable to comply with the 3R principle with less carbon footprint. Accoording to statistics, every truck can reduce the carbon emission by over 1 ton per year if to use forged aluminium wheels.
