Throughout this module, learners will develop an understanding of facilitating the A-equip (Advocating and Educating for Quality Improvement) model in practice (NHSE, 2021). This model will support practitioners to deliver a high standard of care through quality improvement processes, staff development, education and leadership to facilitate the wellbeing of themselves and those around them.
