Throughout this Professional Nurse Advocate module, learners will develop an understanding of facilitating the A-equip (Advocating and Educating for QUality ImProvement) model in practice (NHSE, 2021). This model will support practitioners to deliver a high standard of care through quality improvement processes, staff development, education and leadership to facilitate the wellbeing of themselves and those around them. This module will equip registered nurses with the skills and knowledge to prepare them for the transition into professional nurse advocate role.
