Getting to know Hampshire Lakes Every inch of Hampshire Lakes has been designed in meticulous detail, from the stylish apartment interiors to the positioning of village facilities and the sensitive landscaping of the grounds. At the centre of the village sits Oakleigh Square; the heart of our community, which houses Senses Spa and Wellness Centre, with its state-of-the- art health and wellbeing facilities and heated indoor swimming pool, Cotton’s Delicatessen and General Store, the Lakeside Bistro, and our village reception not to mention 11 penthouse apartments, 13 beautifully appointed village centre apartments, 17 assisted living apartments, and our luxury 36-bed care home. Eight clusters of village apartments are nestled throughout the grounds in Phase 1 with a further seven built in Phase 2. Each of these is designed to offer everything that’s needed for happy and independent retirement living, whilst enjoying a charming rural setting within comfortable walking distance of the village centre facilities.

How to find us

From the M4 At junction 10, exit onto the A329 towards Bracknell. At the first roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Vigar Way. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Peacock Lane. Continue straight on at the next roundabout, then fork left to follow Old Wokingham Road. At the second roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Bracknell Road/B3348. Fork left onto the high street and then continue to follow Sandhurst Road and then Crowthorne Road. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Yorktown Road/A321, then turn left to follow High Street/A321. Fork left onto Yateley Road and continue onto Sandhurst Road. You will find Hampshire Lakes on your left.

From the M3 At junction 4, exit onto the A331 towards Wokingham. Turn left onto London Road/A30 then at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Reading Road/B3272. Continue straight on at the next two roundabouts, then turn right onto Sandhurst Road. You will find Hampshire Lakes on your right.
