this camp teaches you the fundamentals of cake design, decorating and assembly. Christa is an award-winning cake artist with over 15 years of experience and was recently featured on Food Network’s Halloween Baking Championship. Camp Highlights: • Learn the basics of
fashion capitals like New York and Los Angeles, along with talented students from Kent State University Fashion School, dive into fashion design and create your own innovative pieces. Over one exciting week, transform everyday materials into stylish, one-of-a-kind garments, all while mastering sustainable fashion. Camp Highlights: • Experiment with upcycling
baking, stacking and crumb coating a cake,
making fresh cake fillings and how to
techniques, turning old materials into unique, stylish designs, while learning the principles of sustainable fashion • Explore the latest fashion trends, create mood boards, and learn how to personalize trends to fit your own creative style
decorate using different buttercream techniques • Discover the art of piping and decorating with ease, including how to properly
hold and assemble a piping bag to create intricate designs • Receive tips and tricks to make every cake a masterpiece, regardless of skill level • Create and take home your own delicious cake at the end of the camp, plus piping tips for at-home practice Let your creativity rise with Christa this summer—join us for a delicious and fun-filled camp experience!
