On the first day of camp, participants complete 3 to 4 key tests, including the 20- yard dash, pro agility shuttle, broad jump and a sit-and-reach flexibility assessment. At the end of the camp, we revisit these tests to measure your improvements and celebrate your progress. Flexibility & Mobility Training: Flexibility is key to athletic success. Our camp includes exercises specifically designed to improve your flexibility, increase your range of motion and support your overall performance. Player Development & Skills Workout Clinic Kyle Pless Join Coach Kyle for an intensive basketball skills clinic, designed to prepare players for tryouts for the upcoming school year and/ or travel basketball teams. Coach Kyle leads participants through dynamic warm-ups, conditioning workouts, skill drills, and small- group gameplay to maintain high energy and engagement. Players focus on key areas including:
