Pop-Up Group Fitness Classes DCRC Fitness Instructors
Red, White & Splash
Join us for special pop-up group fitness classes as we celebrate ‘July is Parks & Recreation Month.’ Classes can be found on our calendar at DublinOhioUSA.gov/recreation-services/dcrc/fitness/group-fitness/.
Start your holiday with a splash and try a few water fitness sample classes! Classes align with varying formats: shallow water cardio, deep water cardio, strength-based and stretch-based classes. Choose two out of the four class options to sample. There will be two rounds of classes: Round one is from 8:10–9 a.m. and round two is from 9:10- 10 a.m. Water is provided. Each participant who registers receives two tickets for a chance to win a door prize. To claim their prize, participants must be present at the drawing.
Unlimited Virtual Group Fitness Access
In addition to our drop-in classes, we offer monthly access to an unlimited amount of virtual and live-streamed classes taught by your favorite DCRC instructors.
