solidifying our awareness of our positive traits and values, then move on to self-presentation, boundaries, and making good choices about what kind of person is a healthy choice for us to connect with. We play games, use art, and have a lot of discussion and idea sharing about who we are and how we can fit most strongly in the world. This class is highly rated by past participants and can be taught from either a faith- based or a secular perspective. At the end of our class series, participants will be able to: 1) Identify 5-15 positive traits or talents they innately have. 2) Identify goals pertaining to how they present themselves to the world. 3) Begin to understand and develop healthy boundaries within relationships.
