Jr. Fitness: Earn the privilege of using the fitness floor before age 16. Participants meet individually with a fitness staff member and learn fitness floor etiquette, safety and correct use of equipment. Upon successful completion, teen members ages 12-15 may use the fitness floor without being accompanied by a parent or guardian. Participants must successfully pass all areas of the program and be proficient in exercise technique, safety and fitness floor etiquette to receive their card. All Jr. Fitness Card Orientations include our fitness staff orienting your teen on the Cybex Equipment and Cardio equipment. Registration opens 72 hours before the class and closes 24 hours before scheduled class times. Payment of $16 for Dublin residents and $26 for school district and non-residents is due upon class completion. Sound Meditation uses soothing, harmonic sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs and chimes to guide you into a deep state of relaxation. It is an incredibly powerful way to reduce stress, calm the mind and promote overall well-being. The vibrations from the sounds help to relax the nervous system, easing tension and stress. The meditative state achieved can improve mental clarity and concentration, allowing your mind and body to rest deeply. The sound waves work on a vibrational level to align and balance your body’s energy. To make yourself comfortable, feel free to bring along a mat, blanket, or any props that may help you settle in. You can choose to sit or lie down—whatever feels best. If you prefer a chair due to any physical needs, one can be provided for you.

Upon successful completion, youth ages 10-12 may use the track without adult supervision. Participants must successfully pass all areas of the program and be proficient in track etiquette and safety procedures to be able to use the track. Payment is due upon completion of the class.
