BOMA International Supports Texas Amid Devastating Floods

BOMA International atastrophic flooding struck Texas on Friday, July 4, as the Guadalupe River near Kerrville surged by 20-26 feet, causing widespread devastation and claiming at least 104 lives, according to NBC News. A flood watch remains in effect for San Antonio, Austin, and Kerr County. Heavy rainfall has also triggered severe flooding in other states, including North Carolina. The tragedy deepened with reports from Camp Mystic, a private Christian camp, which confirmed the deaths of 27 campers and counselors due to the flooding on the Guadalupe River. Search and rescue operations continue, as more rain impacted the area over the weekend.
