But voters in Prescott-Russell may vote any day from October 17 at 9 a.m. to October 22, 8 p.m., by phone or their home computer, using the electronic voting system set up this year. Voters must be registered and can check if they are by either phoning their local municipal office, going to their municipal website, or at www.voterloo- kup.ca.
