Premier: TRX • AGES 15 AND UP Build posture, strength, flexibility, balance and mobility with the method of leveraging body weight. Every exercise is powered by the abdominals. Form technique is monitored and modifications provided by certified TRX trainers to enable you to be safely challenged. Premier: Pelvic Floor & More • AGES 18 AND UP Pelvic Floor and More Workout is a class that focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor through breath work and exercises designed to specifically target this area. Through, proper instruction and floor work, participants will help alleviate stress incontinence (leaking when sneezing, coughing, jumping or running), frequent urges to urinate, and diastasis recti, coning, and ab separation - all while building confidence and looking and feeling better. This class is ideal for women who are currently pregnant or post- partum, and anyone who could benefit from strengthening their pelvic floor.
