This program is much more than just a basic class on calming the body and mind. Participants will learn the tools needed for managing a multitude of concerns including stress, anxiety, emotions, family togetherness, and more. As they progress from youth and adolescence, participants will benefit from understanding the importance of mindfulness and coping skills. Jitendra Desai employs the right method for teaching and helping students tap into the proper ways of handling difficult situations that arise.
