Naperville Premier Soccer League NPSL is designed for 1st-8th grade teams seeking an enhanced focus on player development. Teams are divided as follows: 1ST GRADE UNIVERSITY • Grade-based, recreational program • Teams register based on 2024/2025 grade level 2ND-8TH GRADE • Grade-based, competitive program • Teams register based on 2024/2025 grade level Naperville Premier Soccer League University • GRADE 1 The NPSL University program is a great opportunity for 1st grade teams to receive specialized training while still cultivating a recreational experience. NPSL IMPORTANT DATES • Resident Girls Registration: Tuesday, December 10 at 12:00 pm • Resident Boys Registration: Wednesday, December 11 at 12:00 pm • Nonresident Registration: Thursday, December 12 at 12:00 pm • Game schedules posted to quickscores. com/napervilleparks: Saturday, March 15 • First practice: week of March 24 • First game: Saturday, April 12

NPSL UNIVERSITY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

WEEKLY GAMES: Teams participate in NYS Saturday games led by their volunteer coaches (7 games; no scores or standings are recorded). A coach or parent volunteer acts as game referee. Games are played at various times and locations. Games will not be rescheduled due to team conflicts. Games canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled by the Park District and communicated accordingly. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: Participants are required to purchase a reversible NYS game-day jersey. NYS jerseys can be purchased at the Fort Hill Activity Center for $18. Soccer cleats or gym shoes, shin guards, water bottle and an age-appropriate soccer ball is also required. REGISTRATION AND WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE: The last day to register or withdraw and receive a refund minus the $200 deposit is January 20.

REGISTRATION IS BY TEAM ONLY : Head coaches complete their team’s registration online. A $200, non-refundable deposit (or full payment) is due at the time of registration. Nonresidents are charged an additional $20 per player (collected during the roster development process). Rostered players reimburse coaches accordingly. WEEKLY PRACTICES: Teams have one 60-minute training session per week with a certified trainer (8 total training sessions). Practice location and time preferences are selected at the time of registration. Practice assignments are communicated from Coerver approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the league and are based on trainer availability.
