Tennis: Little Aces Indoor • AGES 4-6 Introduce your kids to a lifetime of tennis fun. Classes focus on the ABCs - agility, balance and coordination - using a variety of games, contests and other fun activities. This program provides a great introduction to the sport of tennis using special mini-nets, smaller racquets, and red tennis balls. All equipment is provided. Wear tennis shoes. Our volleyball pro will develop a team and bring parity to weekly instruction to prepare match-PLAY. The coaches’ lesson plan will guide the team in weekly training for 90 minutes. At weekly practice the teams will learn team defense and offense positions while they improve on their fundamentals of passing, setting, spiking and overhand serving. This is a 4-week program that meets once per week for 90 minutes. Spiking & Serving is for intermediate players who wish to learn proper arm swing, footwork and jumping technique. Class drills keep players focused on reach and power while plyo-metrics training enhances vertical jump and game performance. The 3-step approach will be taught along with transition attacking. Jump serving will be introduced to begin advanced scoring options. Volleyball: EVP Volleykidz • AGES 8-10 Volleykidz is an introductory class for children. The lesson plan introduces the pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each child’s hand/eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills and games. Lesson plan also incorporates short educational drills including spelling, math and science.
