It also includes access to the lavish bathroom which includes a separate spa- like tub and shower, and continues the blend of dark and light tones and plenty of reflective surfaces. One innovative touch of this open- concept room is a drop ceiling surrounded by LEDs that adds a sense of depth. An extended masonry tile wall includes a fireplace as well as inset niche for a television. The room was also framed at a downward angle to create a clever tunnel effect. The home incorporates smart technology in every room, allowing the owner to adjust all sorts of household functions such as HVAC and lighting levels.
