Heredia Wine Consulting will offer wineries expertise in all phases of winemaking strategy and operations with a focus on high-end wines. Heredia was hired as winemaker at Gary Farrell Winery in 2012 and quickly received acclaim for her wines. She was nominated twice for Winemaker of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. Prior to working at Gary Farrell, Heredia was at Joseph Phelps’ Freestone Vineyards on the Sonoma coast. 4 Edward Jones taps financial advisor Dan Dwyer Financial advisor Dan Dwyer is joining the Edward Jones firm where he will advise clients in the Northern California area. Dwyer has over 39 years’ experience in the financial industry. He previously worked at First Republic Bank and JP Morgan Chase where he specialized in wealth management. “Edward Jones’ culture and innovative resources truly stood out to me, especially when it comes to the flexibility offered to its financial advisors,” said Dwyer in a press release. “From the minute I interacted with everyone at the home office during a due diligence visit, the culture felt different, in a really good way.” Theresa Heredia

Coletta has 35 years of experience in food service, global CPG and the beverage industry. 4 New chef at Vintner’s Resort Vintner’s Resort

announced the hiring of chef Sergio Howland who

will serve as the new resort executive chef.

Howland discovered his love of cooking when he was 10 years old and never looked back, the company said in a press release. His career, spanning over three decades, has been packed full of accomplishments. Howland has worked across the globe at top luxury hotels, resorts and restaurants. Most recently, he was the corporate chef for Amici Restaurants in San Diego. His duties at Vintner’s Resort will include managing the resort’s culinary concepts at the various dining destinations onsite: John Ash & Co., The Front Room Bar and Lounge as well as the River Vine.
