Some specific terms that apply to call-off orders. 1.The order is binding for the full volume. 2.The price on the order applies for the duration of the order. 3.The full quantity must be delivered and invoiced within 12 months of the initial order. 4.This date may only be extended with specific permission and we reserve the right to review the prices for the outstanding quantity. 5. If the order is cancelled at any point charges will apply.
6. Unless requested otherwise when the order is placed the design may not be changed within the call- off without costs being incurred. 7.We reserve the right to cancel the order without incurring costs at any point in the order, allowing 4 weeks’ notice for call off of any outstanding amounts. 8. Call off quantities and dates will be scheduled when the order is placed, these may be changed if needed as detailed above. On request a reminder call/email may be set to check if you still require delivery on the set dates.
