MADD proudly unveiled a new brand identity in late 2024. This rebrand represents more than just a new look; it embodies our renewed commitment to ending impaired driving and resonates with a broader, more diverse audience than ever before. For over four decades, MADD has been at the forefront of advocacy, education, prevention, and victim support, work that has saved nearly 475,000 lives and reduced drunk driving fatalities by almost 40%. Our traditional logo, with its martini glass and car keys, has long symbolized our fight. However, the new brand introduces a bold, energized logo centered on a triangular shape inspired by international warning symbols, signaling change, caution, and the urgency of our cause. The updated tagline,

“Impaired Driving Ends Here,” captures the clarity and determination that now define our work. Alongside the visual updates, the new brand is rounded out by refreshed voice, tone, messaging and imagery. The expanded color palette and dynamic visual identity help amplify our digital presence, enabling us to educate, advocate for stronger laws, and provide services to victims and survivors. MADD’s rebrand supports our strategic push to reach everyone impacted by impaired driving, especially younger generations, while honoring the millions we have supported. It’s not just a facelift but a rallying cry to join the movement to end impaired driving for good.
