MARCHANDISE DÉJA RÉDUITE ALREADY REDUCED MERCHANDISE The concrete culvert on Burton Road between North Russell Road and Eadie Road is being replaced by contractorsWillis Kerr hired by the City of Ottawa. The replacement has caused detour traffic through North Russell. The City of Ottawa and Russell Township will be sharing the cost of the construction. The work began mid-July and was initially expected to be finished in early August, but workers at the site estimated it would be closer to the end of August. Wet weather and difficulties caused by digging in many metres of Leda Clay have slowed the project.
