Strategically positioned ad- jacent to the AMEREN substa- tion, the proposed site’s load capacity of 274 mega-watts (MW) makes it ideal for data centers, advanced manufac- turing, and electric vehicle (EV) industry. The site includes proposed building pads that can ac- commodate facilities rang- ing from 100,000 to 500,000 s/f.
