Jones Lang LaSalle’s (JLL) Industrial Group in Chicago, IL, led by senior vice president Conor Mullady , has been appointed to lead the effort to lease a 488,000 s/f Industrial Facility and Development of multiple data centers on the 138 acre site located at 2500 North 22nd St. in Decatur, IL. Strategically positioned ad- jacent to the AMEREN substa- tion, the proposed site’s load capacity of 274 mega-watts (MW) makes it ideal for data centers, advanced manufac- turing, and electric vehicle (EV) industry. The site includes proposed building pads that can ac- commodate facilities rang- ing from 100,000 to 500,000 s/f.
