Through a series of roundtable discussions, LDAC provides a forum where ideas and opinions on targeted topics of concern to the appraisal profession are exchanged. This year, LDAC brought together around 120 of the best and brightest in the real estate valuation profession to discuss issues pertinent to the profession, lobby Congress and get to meet other leaders throughout the country. Rob Klein, MAI, AI-GRS, (center in photo) attended for his second year, and was happy to actively participate in many discussions.
