This is the first asset DHPH, an owner/operator of urban infill logistics facilities, and DRA Advisors, a registered real estate investment advisor with more than $11 billion in AUM, have acquired together. Emily Stein , managing director and director of health- care services at Vantage Com- mercial, represented both the landlord and tenants. The newly signed tenants in- clude: Spiritual Home Care, LLC, leasing +/- 922 s/f for its administrative headquarters. Vantage Commercial also announced the lease of a +/- 2,116 s/f freestanding building at 108 Kings Highway South, Cherry Hill. Stein and senior advisor John Doss represented the landlord.
