HVAC filters, has leased a 61,600 s/f manufacturing and distribution facility at 2701 Baglyos Circle, located within Lehigh Valley Indus- trial Park VI (LVIP VI) in Bethlehem. The facility marks Filter King’s third U.S. manu- facturing location and its second new site launch in 2025, following the February opening of its Las Vegas, Ne- vada plant. This expansion reflects the company’s stra - tegic initiative to enhance national distribution capa- bilities and meet increasing demand for high-quality air filtration solutions. “Filter King’s new loca- tion at 2701 Baglyos Circle supports our strategic goal of expanding our presence into the Northeast.
