Jeffrey Paul Wiener, a lifelong New Jersey resident and accomplished commercial real estate professional, passed away following a courageous battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. Born in Passaic, NJ, Jeff was a proud graduate of Tulane University and built a distinguished career spanning nearly five decades. He began his very successful real estate career at The Kislak Company, Inc. in 1973 and served as President from 1995 to 2012. Jeff was also one of Kislak’s top producers for many years and remains one of the all-time most successful brokers of multifamily properties in New Jersey. His leadership, sharp instincts, and dealmaking talent left a lasting mark on the firm and the industry alike. Beyond his professional achievements, Jeff was a fun, generous, and larger-than-life friend and colleague to many. He is survived by his children, Mark Wiener and Lindsay Ronan (Robert); grandson, Connor; sister, Susan Ullrich (Richard); brother, David (Ellen); dear friend, Maureen Wiener; and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Jeff’s warmth, generosity, and enduring legacy in New Jersey’s real estate community will be fondly remembered.
