AVIS PUBLIC FERMETURE DU PONT BÉLANGER À LEMIEUX
PUBLIC NOTICE CLOSURE OF BÉLANGER BRIDGE IN LEMIEUX
Les Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell désirent informer le public qu’une fermeture complète du pont Albert Bélanger, situé sur le chemin de comté 8 à Lemieux, à environ 11,6 km au sud du village de Bourget dans la municipalité de La Nation, est prévue à partir du 21 février 2023, et ce, jusqu’à la fin des travaux à l’automne 2023. Le détour proposé pour la circulation en direction nord se fera par le chemin de comté 16, le chemin de comté 9 et le chemin de comté 2. Le détour proposé pour la circulation en direction sud se fera par le chemin de comté 2, le chemin de comté 9 et le chemin de comté 16. Les détails du détour seront disponibles à partir du début de la construction, sur le site Web suivant : www.municipal511.ca. The United Counties of Prescott and Russell wish to inform you that a complete closure of the Albert Belanger Bridge, located on County Road 8 in Lemieux, approximately 11.6 km south of the village of Bourget in the Nation Municipality, is scheduled to take place from February 21, 2023, until its completion in the fall of 2023. The proposed detour for northbound traffic will be via County Road 16, County Road 9, and County Road 2. The proposed detour for southbound traffic will be via County Road 2, County Road 9, and County Road 16. Details of the detour will be available from the start of construction at the following website: www.municipal511.ca. Le Canton d’Alfred et Plantagenet (le Canton) entreprend un processus de plan directeur selon l'Approche 1 de plan directeur dans le cadre du processus d’étude environnementale de portée générale de l’association « Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) », afin de développer un Plan Directeur d’Infrastructure d’Eau
The Township of Alfred and Plantagenet (the Township) has initiated a Master Planning process in accordance with Approach 1 of the Municipal Engineers Association (MEA) Class Environmental Assessment (Class EA) to develop a Water Master Plan for the Lefaivre Drinking Water System .

L'étude évaluera plusieurs options pour améliorer la performance et la fiabilité du système approvisionnement d’eau potable de Lefaivre et développera un plan pour accommoder aux besoins d’eaux actuels et futurs de Lefaivre, Alfred, et Plantagenet et aussi considérer l’approvisionnement en eau à St. Isidore. La consultation des partis prenants (public et agence) fait partie intégrante du processus de plan directeur. Vos commentaires aideront à identifier la solution(s) préférées qui profiteront la communauté au cours des 20 prochaines années.
The Master Plan study is assessing various options to improve the performance and reliability of the Lefaivre Drinking Water System and developing a plan to accommodate current and future water demands within Lefaivre, Alfred, and Plantagenet as well as considering water supply to St. Isidore. Public and agency consultation is a key part of the Master Planning process. Based on your input, the Master Plan study will identify preferred solution(s) that will benefit the community over the next 20 years.
