REGULAR UNIFORM Kindergarten through Seventh Grade’s daily uniform can consist of black or white logo polo with khaki bottom or plaid skirt/skort/jumper. Eighth Grade’s daily uniform consists of the blue logo polo with khaki bottom or plaid skirt/skort. The regular uniform is worn Monday-Friday unless parents are otherwise notified. All items except khaki bottoms must be purchased from Lands' End unless otherwise noted. All allowed uniform items are available on the Lands’ End site and are listed by grade. GIRLS’ UNIFORM NOTES
o White or black modesty shorts or leggings are required under skirts. o Solid color socks (no patterns) o Shoes with a closed toe and closed heel; sole of no more than 1”; no high heels. No boots or sandals are allowed (includes Ugg® type boots and shoes) BOYS’ UNIFORM NOTES

OUTERWEAR – BOYS AND GIRLS, GRADES KINDERGARTEN – EIGHTH GRADE o Fleeces or sweatshirts ordered from the Lands’ End store embroidered with the Levine Academy logo are approved outerwear daily. o Levine Academy spirit wear sweatshirts are allowed in white or black for K-7th grade (matching their uniform shirt colors) o Levine Academy spirit wear sweatshirts are allowed in blue for 8th grade (matching their uniform shirt color) o Trip sweatshirts and other outerwear may not be worn daily. o During the first trimester, plain black outerwear will be permitted while families wait to receive their uniform/spirit wear orders. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION o Kippot: All boys are required to arrive at school with a kippah and wear it at all times except during physical education. It must be a legitimate kippah. Suede, cotton, poly/cotton, knit, velvet, satin, and Bukharian/Yemenite kippot are allowed. Kippot must be kept on the head by way of clip(s), pin(s), or Velcro. Kippot may be purchased anywhere. Kippot are considered part of the dress code and violations are subject to the same disciplinary actions as other dress-code violations.
