1. Cut the sticker sheet into A4 size if you have bigger sheets. Cut as straight as possible.

2. Print your artwork with registration marks in a mirror image using your Sawgrass Print Manager on your sublimation printer and sublimation paper.

3. Set your press to 145°C and 200 seconds .

4. Errors to avoid: After the press is heated up, the Teflon sheet and rubber get hot as well. So to prevent the sticker material from creating bubbles and wrinkles from the heat and then damaging the print in the end, we will follow the next steps to prevent this.

5. Take 10 sheets of normal white copy paper and combine them with a piece of heat tape so that it stay together. Place it on top of the Teflon sheet in the middle of the press.

6. Place the sticker sheet with the sheen/shiny printable side facing you on top of the copy paper.

7. IMPORTANT NOTE: Sometimes you will see the sticker lifting up from the backing on some areas, causing bubbles/lines. You will need to take a scraper and work out all lifted areas so that it is flat and straight. Then secure with heat tape to the Teflon sheet.

8. Place the print face down on the sheen side of the sticker sheet. Line it up very precisely. Then secure with heat tape to the Teflon sheet as well.

9. Press it on heavy pressure for 200 seconds.

10. When the time is up, remove the print, and take the sticker sheet out. It might curl a little bit, but you can place something heavy on top (for example a ream of copy paper) to press it down.

11. Please keep in mind that you will place the sticker sheet onto your cameo mat and that will hold it flat as well as you cut.

12. Set your Silhouette vinyl cutter Blade on 1 or 2, the force on about 20, and the speed on about 3.

13. ALWAYS do a test cut to see what settings work best, it all depends on how sharp your blade is.
