llentown, PA — Allentown-based Di- etrick Group, LLC announces celebration of its tenth business anniversary. The company was formed by Linda L. Dietrick , a principal partner, to service the commercial real estate appraisal needs of firms and individuals active through- out the Lehigh Valley. In the past decade, Diet- rick Group has represented a who’s who of business lead- ers in Lehigh Valley’s world of real estate development and investment, banking and government The firm has since grown exponentially to include of- fice, industrial and retail brokerage and property man- agement. In those efforts, she is joined by her two partners (and children) Kelly Ber- field and Ryan Dietrick , who have been with the company almost from its inception. Over the years it has closed some of the area’s largest real estate transactions and currently has nearly 40 prop- erties under its manage- ment. As evidence of her non- business activities, Ms. Di- etrick also believes strongly in giving back to the com- munity. Once a month she and her staff visit a local charity as part of an ongoing volunteerism effort. Over the years Dietrick Group, LLC has worked on-site at Feed the Children, Sixth Street Shelter, Rodale Institute, Sanctuary at Haafsville, Habitat ReStore, Phoebe Ministries, BethlehemPublic Library, Lehigh Valley Zoo, JUCC’s Peace Garden, Vol- unteer Center of the Lehigh Valley and Luminaria Night. Ms. Dietrick has also served on the Board of Directors of Civic Theater of Allen- town, Board of Associates at Muhlenberg College, and is also a mentor to students at Lehigh University seeking a career in real estate and finance. She is further supported in a number of philanthropic efforts by her daughter Kelly who has been active for many years in Habitat for Human- ity, and her son Ryan who has raised thousands of dol- lars in behalf of pancreatic cancer in tribute to his late father Donald. n
