ENNSAUKEN, NJ — Colliers Interna- tional ’s Southern New Jersey office recently con- cluded the sale of a 103,000 s/f warehouse facility located at 6965 Airport Highway Lane in Pennsauken, for $2.55m. The subject property features 26’-27’ ceilings, seven loading docks and one drive-in door. Ian Richman of Colliers International represented the buyer, Levin Enterpris- es, LLC, in this transaction. The seller was represented by Marc Cutler and Fred Meyer of NAI Mertz . The buyer is a provider of new and used/reconditioned forklift trucks as well as ma- terial handling parts and services. They had outgrown
