NDD’s 11,400 s/f commitment is the latest in a series of new leases and renew- als at the signature 89-year-old, 250,000 s/f property. The NDD’s 12-year commit- ment at 60 Park Place includes the entire 5,000 s/f 21st floor, which will be the organiza- tion’s executive offices. A 1,400 s/f space off the lobby, which has its own street and lobby entrances, will be utilized as a police substation, and a 5,000 s/f basement space will also be utilized by the police, as well as NDD’s Ambassador Program. “The Berger Organization is a class act – they do things at a different level,” said An- thony McMillan, CEO of NDD, who anticipates a move-in by September. “The way the property is managed is quite impressive.” n
