The drive-thru accessible building is located at a ful- ly signalized intersection on West Lancaster Ave. in Chester County, and is the sole pad site to The Depot P NAZARETH, PA — Haw- ley Realty Inc. , of Allentown, PA recently sold a 43,500+ s/f multi-tenant industrial com- plex in Nazareth, PA to Pallet Express Inc. for the manufac- turing of wooden pallets and landscape mulch distribution business. Ethan Medgie rep- resented the Seller of this 11 acre parcel, Nazareth Build- ing Systems and Amy Hawley, SIOR represented the buyer for their expansion into this second location to serve the Greater Lehigh Valley Region. Pallet Express has been a family owned business for 30 years, with this new expan- sion will enhance itself as the Lehigh Valley’s largest &most respected provider of pallets and pallet logistics services. They will be adding 10 jobs at the new site when it opens in July of this year. at the Comcast Center on JFK Boulevard in Center City, Philadelphia. Both loca- tions recently opened their doors.
