The Health & Safety Manager will serve as the primary authority on-site who is responsible for ensuring health and safety standards throughout the Estate. This role entails supervising all aspects of health and safety, as well as facilitating event logistics, including contractor oversight and ensuring compliance with Kings Cross’ site regulations. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in fostering a safety-centric environment, offering guidance and training as needed to the broader team in evaluating risk assessments and method statements. Additionally, they will take the lead in investigating any incidents or accidents, collaborating with various departments to mitigate health and safety risks effectively.
