AARP Foundation Tax-Aide AARP Foundation provides free tax assistance to adults ages 50 and older with low and moderate incomes. Services are provided by a team of trained and certified AARP volunteers. W Feb 14–Apr 10 9am–2:30pm LSC Free Alzheimer’s OC Memory Support Services Alzheimer’s OC offers personalized, in-depth guid- ance to individuals experiencing cognitive changes, along with support to families and caregivers. Appointments are required. 2nd & 4th Mondays 1pm–3pm LSC Free California Telephone Access Program (CTAP) CTAP offers free on-site hearing tests and specialized phones designed for individuals with disabilities.
