Giannone and Carton complete 60,760 s/f in Metropark Cushman & Wakefield arranges 44,000 s/f lease T
EANECK, NJ — Per- ception Research Ser- vices International, Inc. leased 44,000 s/f at Glen- pointe Centre. Curtis Foster of Cush- man & Wakefield ’s East Rutherford office represented Perception Research Services International Inc. Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan , also of Cushman &Wakefield, rep- resented property owner Al- fred Sanzari Enterprises in this transaction. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for Glenpointe Centre. EDISON, NJ — Cushman & Wakefield has completed six office leases totaling 60,760 s/f at Metroview Corporate Center I, 333 Thornall St. The class A asset is situated in the Metropark submarket, and the Edison-based Cushman & Wakefield team of Paul Gi- annone and Kevin Carton represented the building’s ownership in all six transac- tions. Among the signings, a new lease for 8,909 s/f was inked by Right Answers, a knowledge management systems com- pany, while existing tenant NY Shipping expanded by 25 percent to a total occupancy of 17,212 s/f. Renewals were signed by BT Americas, a pro- vider of IT communications services (26,230 s/f); hedge fund sponsor Coatue Man- agement (3,545 s/f); Level 3 Communications, a provider of fiber-based communication services (3,233 s/f); and Suez Energy (1,631 s/f). “We continue to enjoy work- ingwith the Cushman&Wake- field team,” said Dan Frank of Kwartler Associates . “We had no doubt that they would stabilize the asset, utilizing their expertise in the market- place.
