Inquire about applicability. Provides increased capabilities for a DHC-6-200 series Twin Otter with PT6A-27/-34 powerplants approved for operation at 620 Shaft HP with Hartzell HC-B3TN-3D three bladed propellers. Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) is increased from 11,579 (5252 Kg) pounds to 12,500 pounds (5670 Kg). Effectively upgrades a DHC-6-200 with DHC-6-300 characteristics. • Increase MTOW/Payload by 921 pounds (11,579 + 921=12,500 lbs.) • Increase profitability • DHC-6-300 performance with 620 SHP • Empty weights of typical DHC-6-200HG ™ aircraft are a proximately 300-400 pounds lighter than similarly equipped DHC-6-300 series aircraft
