How the Plan Works
The Gift You perhaps are planning a gift to the Institute but do not feel that you can afford to spare the income, and thus your good intent has never taken definite shape. By the purchase of an INSURED ANNU ITY you can accomplish both of these ends at once. The Income The income will be paid you for life from the Insurance Company you select from our list of reinsurers. It is the safest form of investment ever devised, and brings an income far more lib eral than any you could derive from any other type of guaranteed investment o f which we know. Speaking of State Insurance supervision, an ex pert (Walter A. Anderson, member of Hopkins, Hughey, and Anderson) states: “ These companies are required by law to file with the various insurance departments at the close of each year a detailed report o f their financial condi tion. Th ey must also file a profit and loss statement showing income from all sources and a detailed account of all expenditures made during the year. In addition to all this, they are required to list individ ually and report all assets, including securities, real estate, mortgage loans, collateral loans, and other information of a general nature. From these com prehensive reports it is possible to get a complete financial picture of an insurance company.”
