TAEKWONDO This program, instructed by IN TKD Academy is for all skill and belt levels, ages 5 through Adult. In this program, students will be introduced to moral development of respect and discipline of key components in Taekwondo Olympic Style. Motion coordination and reaction times thru foot work, stances and cardiovascular exercises. Students will learn and practice techniques of kicking and punching , along with the basic training of Taekwondo Sparring Olympic Style (no physical contact for Little Taekwondo). Poomsae (Taekwondo Forms) and Board Breaking techniques are skills that students will learn and practice according to their Belt Rank Level during the process of each session. Skills and techniques will be taught and developed, based on age and belt level. This program is designed for beginners or advanced students. *Official AWTS Tkd uniform is required ($50.00, White Belt Included ) and can be purchased at the first class through the Tkd Instructor.

BOXING Our boxing program is for students ages 6+ of all skill levels. Our classes will teach and develop basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook, and the general rules of boxing. Each class will include age appropriate cardi calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. Students can enroll into one of three levels. Level 1 is for ages 6-7. Level 2 is for ages 8-11. Adult Boxing is for ages 12+. Additional supplies and gear can be purchased through the instructor on the first day of class (not the Recreation Center).
