As CEO of Altvia, a private-equity-focused SaaS company, Brie guided the organization through 3x ARR growth and a successful acquisition by Marlin Equity Partners. Her previous career stops include leading the go-to-market and marketing teams at TalentReef, where she supported a major merger, redefined brand positioning and helped prepare the business for a new PE sponsor, and successful enterprise software sales roles at IQNavigator. Brie’s leadership philosophy centers on empowering people — mentoring rising leaders, fostering trust-based cultures, and driving clarity around strategic execution. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.
