ASHLEIGH D. OPERATIONS
Ashleigh has launched and scaled products across fintech and direct-to-consumer medtech as a CEO, General Manager and operator inside Fortune 100 companies. She combines fintech payments expertise with the ability to build business plans and turn them into real results. Ashleigh has founded two companies, including a fintech venture successfully acquired by Skipify, and Auggie, a medtech company that has achieved sustained growth through a combination of fully outsourced and automated operations. She has developed a reputation as an operator who listens deeply, aligns teams quickly, and builds systems that scale. She is often brought in by CEOs who need a fractional Chief Growth or Chief Product Officer who can also act as a force multiplier Chief of Staff. Before entrepreneurship, Ashleigh served in go-to-market roles with FIS and Worldpay. She began her career at Deloitte in S&O Consulting. Ashleigh earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
